Booking & Appointments
Do I need to make an appointment or can I walk in?
Appointments are recommended, especially for evenings (3–7 PM) and weekends, which can book out several weeks ahead. You can book online through our website or contact us at 571-277-8652 to arrange a time.
Do I have to pay a deposit to book?
Yes. All appointments require a deposit of 50% of the service price. This amount comes off your total on the day of your visit. Deposits are transferable or refundable up to 24 hours before the appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule at no charge. Changes made within the 24-hour window are subject to loss of your deposit. This applies to gift card and certificate holders as well. If you can’t keep your appointment, please let us know as early as possible so another guest may take the spot.
What is your late policy?
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to stay on schedule, and you’ll still be responsible for the full service price. We have a 15-minute late policy, if you’re more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment if there isn’t enough time to deliver the service to our standards. The deposit will not be refunded.
Payment & Gifts
What payment methods do you accept?
For deposits: any major credit or debit card. On the day of your visit, you can pay the remaining balance by cash or credit/debit card.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Sasha Beauty gift certificates are available for any service. You can purchase them online on our website or in the salon.

What are your hours and location?
We’re at 6208 B Old Franconia Road, 2nd floor, Alexandria, VA 22310. Open Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Is there an age restriction for services?
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign your consent form or provide written permission. Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the appointment.
Do you offer classes and training?
Yes. Sasha Beauty offers professional training courses for aspiring beauty technicians. Check the Classes page on our website or contact us for current course schedules and enrollment.
Is the first visit discounted?
Yes, first-time clients receive 15% off their first service. Book through our website to redeem.
