Your comfort matters as much as your results. You’ll relax in our peaceful treatment rooms while your technician carefully applies each extension. The process is soothing, not rushed. Most clients find it so relaxing they drift off.
We’ll discuss your desired look, eye shape, and lifestyle to create extensions that feel authentically you. Whether you’re seeking natural elegance or dramatic flair, we’ll guide you to the perfect choice.
Plan for 90 minutes to 2 hours for a full set, depending on your style. You’ll leave with care instructions to keep your lashes looking fresh and full between appointments.
Maintaining Your Investment
Your extensions will stay beautiful for 3-4 weeks with proper care. We recommend fills every 2-3 weeks to keep them looking their best.
Skip oil-based products around your eyes, avoid rubbing, and brush them gently each morning. That’s it. Beautiful lashes shouldn’t require complicated maintenance.

How do I prepare for my lash extension appointment?
Allow 90 minutes to 3 hours for your first visit. Arrive with a clean face: remove all eye makeup and avoid sunscreen or moisturizers around the eyes. Skip waterproof mascara for 2–3 days before your appointment, as residue can prevent extensions from adhering properly. Avoid caffeine beforehand so you can lie still comfortably. If you wear glasses, bring them so your artist can choose appropriate lengths.
What happens during a full set appointment?
You’ll start with a brief consultation where your lash stylist examines your natural lashes and discusses the look you want. Then you’ll lie back and relax (many clients fall asleep!). Your stylist will protect your lower lashes, then individually bond extensions to each natural lash. The process is safe and painless. At the end, you’ll see your new lashes for the first time.
How do I choose the right lash set or look?
We offer multiple set styles, from Light Classic for a natural mascara look, to Mega Volume for dramatic fullness. During your consultation, your artist will walk you through lengths, curls, and thickness options. We recommend browsing our Instagram (@sashabeauty.dmv) for inspiration beforehand. Every set is 100% customized, though results vary based on your natural lashes.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
No. We focus on maintaining the health of your natural lashes. Our artists are trained to apply extensions at the correct weight and length for your individual lashes, so there’s no breakage or damage when applied and maintained properly.
How long do lash extensions last?
Extensions follow your natural lash growth cycle. A full set typically lasts 2–4 weeks before a refill is needed. We recommend refills every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full. Proper aftercare (avoiding oil-based products, not rubbing your eyes, keeping them dry for the first 24 hours) will extend their life.
What if I already have lash extensions from another salon?
We can remove extensions from another salon (removal fee: $35) and apply a fresh set, or we can do a refill from another salon at our listed prices. Let us know at the time of booking so we schedule enough time.
What is LED light lash extension?
LED lamp technology shortens application time and cures a special adhesive that reduces the risk of allergic reactions. It results in cleaner, neater work with minimal discomfort and longer-lasting wear. This is available as an add-on ($15) to any lash set.
What are add-on options like Kim K, M/L Curl, or Colors?
These are customization fees ($15 each) added to volume sets. Kim K adds spiked lashes 2mm longer than your set for a dramatic look. M/L Curl uses specially curved lashes for a lifting effect. Color options let you go beyond black with colored tips or fully colored lashes.
Do I need to remove contact lenses?
Yes, please remove contact lenses before your appointment or wear your glasses instead.
